We are looking to recruit Night Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge during the night. If you have a positive attitude and are a good communicator who cares about people’s well-being then this could be the role for you.
You don’t need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values. We will support you in becoming a qualified Night Support Worker and provide you with excellent training and support throughout your career in the Hesley Group.
The people we support have various needs and so it will be key that you ensure they receive an excellent level of care throughout the night. Even when the people we support are asleep you will be able to carry out other duties such as domestic duties for example cleaning and other household chores. You will always have another colleague on site to support you as the welfare of our staff is paramount.
We understand how busy life can be so to make your life easier we have a fixed rota so you will always know what shifts you are working well in advance.

Hours of work – Full time average of 36 hours per week
Weekdays: 21:45 – 08:00 Weekends: 21:45 – 08:00
