Salary details: Grade 5 LW – £17,171 – £17,958
Contract Type: Open Ended – Full Time 37 Hours Per Week

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about delivering a first class service, across an array of access channels. The post will be part of a strong and supportive team, all of whom work hard towards meeting our service and quality standards. We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person to work in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal skills, across a wide range of audiences.

Shortlisting will take place w/c 1st April, followed by telephone interviews on the 4 & 5th April, successful applicants will be invited to a face to face interview/assessment 10th and 11th of April.
