An exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled typist/administrator to join our admin speciality pathway teams.

Based within Children’s Services where our main services are at Doncaster Royal Infirmary and Bassetlaw District General Hospital. The Children and Families Division is progressive and innovative, continually striving to improve services for children, young people and their families. The Division operates a rotational policy, when necessary, across both sites in order to meet service and development needs.

It is your responsibility to ensure the highest standard of service delivery within the team, providing senior secretarial and administrative support within a team environment to health professionals working across the health community. To include the processing of incoming data, complex correspondence, clinical audits, maintenance of screening programmes and effective and sensitive communication with primary care practitioners, parents, social service and education colleagues.

You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software with audio typing experience. You will also have RSA II typing/word processing (or equivalent qualification), GCSE English Language at minimum Grade C (or equivalent). A working knowledge of SystmOne would be advantageous.
