Rare opportunities have arisen to join the STEPS team as Community Support Workers. Due to the partnership working with our health colleagues these roles will develop into delivering both health & social care support in the near future and offer enhanced training opportunities to the right people.

You will be responsible for providing support to people in their own homes throughout the Doncaster borough working alongside and supporting the intermediate care team. Your role will assist in ensuring service users remain safe and comfortable focussing on re-ablement, promoting independence, building confidence and enabling service users to remain at home for as long as possible.

Level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential.

These posts are available on a permanent contract covering a 14 day rota over 7 days a week.

Various morning and afternoon vacancies available covering between the hours of 06.00hrs to 22.40hrs

Car driver essential.
